Tracks in the sand

The Quest for
Eternal Youth

The quest goes on.

One thing is for sure, we all get a little older every new day.  Like tracks in the sand, time seems to rush by and disappear.

Each of us have genes working, both for us and against us, that is true.  What we can do is change some of the external factors impacting on our personal well-being zone.  After all, who said we had to have a heart-attack before 60, or die of cancer at 55??  Nobody. Absolutely no-body except oneself.

Interesting thing, the mind.  Self-talk can lead us to fulfilment of what we dwell upon.

Your Lifestyle.
Jogging - really!! - well, OK for some, and for the really keen and able, there is running. For the rest of us mere mortals, a regular habit of more gentle exercise such as walking and cycling are positively beneficial, and also helps to defuse the ticking time bomb that accompanies our ever increasingly stressful life.

What you Think.
Medical opinion is that over 90% of illness is mind-made.

In computer jargon, garbage in = garbage out.
Learn to value mind-games, exercise the power of self-talk and self-belief, and believe in yourself and your future plans - you do have plans, don't you??
